Policies & Rescheduling
Terms & Conditions for Services
Booking Confirmation and Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date for our photography services.
The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients have the option to reschedule the photoshoot up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date.
If a rescheduling request is made within the 48-hour window, a new date can be chosen, subject to availability within 14 days after the original shoot date.
Deposit Application to Rescheduled Shoot:
The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the rescheduled shoot date if the client chooses to reschedule within the specified time frame.
New Shoot Date Booking:
Clients have up to 14 days after the original shoot date to confirm a new rescheduled date.
Failure to confirm a new date within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
Payment Balance:
The remaining 50% of the total fee is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Failure to settle the balance may result in the cancellation of the photography services, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the shoot location, timing, and any specific requirements.
Cancellation by the Photographer:
In the unlikely event that Merky Productions is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services, a full refund of the deposit will be provided to the client.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond their reasonable control.
By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Merky Productions, with any amendments communicated to the client in writing.
